The Night Tube

On Friday and Saturday nights, some lines keep running through the night.

  • Not every section runs. Night trains don't cover every branch of every line. Check TfL's Night Tube map before you count on a late train.
  • Fares are off-peak, and daily capping still applies. A Day Travelcard bought on Friday works until 04:29 on Saturday.
  • Stations are staffed while trains are running, and step-free access is the same as in the day.
  • Night buses run to and from Night Tube stations.

Staying safe

In an emergency, call 999. You can also use the passenger alarm on the train or a Help Point at the station, and staff are on duty while trains run. TfL explains how to report a crime or unwanted behaviour on its safety pages.

Stations TfL lists for the Night Tube

TfL's station data marks these 144 stations as served at night. Not every line through each station runs at night.
